26 Weeks

I had my 26 week check-up today and everything looked perfect! My belly measured right on track (27-whatever that means!), I only gained 1 1/2 lbs. last month (a big improvement from the previous 8 lb month!), the heartbeat was 151 and I passed my glucose screening with flying colors! Our little princess does not like to cooperate, though. Last month we only got to hear her heartbeat for a split second before she moved. Today, the nurse picked up the heartbeat immediately, but sweet Molly Grace kicked her and flipped all around and wouldn't let us catch the heartbeat again! I think she takes after her daddy!

We are off to Branson and Springfield today for the whole weekend. I can't wait to do some baby, Christmas and my birthday shopping!! Ever since we started dating, Jamey and I have gone to Branson for my birthday weekend and we always do our Christmas shopping. This year, his entire family is going over together. I'm really blessed with in-laws I love! The last few years when we've gone on my birthday, we've had to deal with cold, rain, sleet, snow, etc. So we're pretty excited for this 60 degree weekend we're supposed to have!
